- Maintains a high level of professionalism
- Responsible for retrieving, inspecting, and packaging product
- Monitors quality of product per quality standards
- Responsible for maintaining established productivity levels
- Responsible for communicating issues regarding quality, scrap rate, safety, or any other concerns to supervisor or manage
- Participates actively in continuous improvement
- Responsible for communicating to operators at shift change regarding the operation, quality, and job status
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Performs other tasks as directed by lead or supervisor
- 20/20 vision or corrected vision
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and quality plans
- Manual dexterity and coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to perform basic applications of percentages and averages
- Ability to recognize non-compliance to work standards and contact appropriate supervision or management staff
- Extended hours standing and repetitive tasks
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and regularly lifting to 35 pounds.
- Manufacturing environment with associated noises, smells, and temperatures.
